Our Sweet Chilli & Lime Jam is the mildest jam in our range but certainly is not missing the intense, perfectly balanced flavours. The subtle spice comes from the chilli and the sweetness is brought out by the orange and sugar. Perfect on a burger or as a dipping sauce.
The Jam is designed to provide a zingy lift with lime and then balanced out with the sweet chilli. This jam works really well on fish or you can use as a dipping sauce for cheeses, charcuterie or any other meat that takes your fancy.
